Aeonic is a family office focused on long-term real estate investments in Sweden. We invest both on our own balance sheet – with the ability to act quickly and independently on transactions – as well as through investment platforms of growing scale, where we act as operating partner to institutional investors. Our role is to take full responsibility for sourcing, execution, and active ownership over time. Initial focus is on residential assets (Multi Family and Single Family) as well as warehouse and light industrial properties - both standing stock and ground up developments.
